Instructions:

Cook pasta in enough boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, cool and drain well.

Peel garlic, cut into fine slices. Fry in hot olive oil until golden brown. Cool in the oil.

Rinse peppers, remove seeds and white skin, cut into cubes. Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks, cut into cubes. Rinse and clean the celery and cut into slices as narrow as possible. Rinse basil, shake dry, and finely chop.

Mix basil strips, pasta, diced vegetables and cooled oil in a baking bowl. Season heartily with salt and pepper.
