Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!
Prepare pasta in boiling hot salted water al dente. Dice the gorgonzola cheese and stir it into the whipped cream until it melts. Press garlic cloves through a press, add to sauce form, season with pepper and freshly grated nutmeg. Fold in half of the walnuts. Simmer the sauce for about 3 minutes. Serve pasta with sauce, sprinkle with remaining walnuts and fresh chervil.
