For the pasta with herb sauce and salmon, first sprinkle the salmon fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Then sear on both sides in olive oil and season with butter and the juice of one lemon. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

For the sauce, chop the parsley. Boil the whipping cream and add the parsley, basil, a tiny bit of vegetable stock, salt and pepper.

Remove the skin from the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Sauté the carrot slices in butter. Add the peas and sauté.

Mix the pasta with the sauce and arrange on a plate. Place the salmon fillet on top. Arrange the pea-carrot vegetables all around and garnish the pasta with herb sauce and salmon with a lemon peel.
