Try this delicious pasta dish:

Boil plenty of salted water and cook the spaghetti in it until al dente. Peel and chop the shallots and sauté in the hot oil. Pour in whipping cream, stir in crème fraîche and cook a little.

Put some stalks of the kitchen herbs aside, chop the rest coarsely. Stir the chopped kitchen herbs into the sauce and blend finely with a hand blender. Stir in the yolks and the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Do not make more.

Serve the pasta with the sauce, a small bouquet of herbs on each and sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
