For the pea-potato puree, boil the potatoes in their skins until soft. In another pot, boil the peas in a little water until also soft (about 10 minutes). Drain peas and mash in the cooking water.

Strain soft potatoes through the masher and boil the milk. Add butter, potatoes, herbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper to the milk, add pea puree and potatoes, mix. Serve quickly!
