For the pea and potato puree, peel and dice the raw potatoes and boil them well with the frozen peas in a high pot until soft.

When the potato pieces are soft, strain and mash in a pot. Warm the milk slightly and stir into the mashed vegetable mixture with the crumbled bouillon cube until creamy.

Then stir in the nutmeg and season with salt.
