Instructions:

Soak peas in water for one night. Cook the peas together with the meat in the soaking water for about 1 ½ hours. In between, keep skimming. Cut potatoes and vegetables into cubes, add to the soup and make the stew for another half hour. Finally, season to taste with the spices.
