Wash the peaches, drain, peel thinly, quarter, pit and cut finely. Weigh out 1,100 g. Add the peeled and cut apples.Plum wine, citric acid, jelling sugar and the fruit in a saucepan, mix well and bring to a boil. Boil for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly until bubbly. Skim off boiling liquid, immediately pour into prepared jars and seal. Leave upside down on the lid for about 5 minutes.
