Instructions:

Cut peaches in half, remove seeds and do two min with skin side down in a little water together. Peel off the skin. Weigh the flesh and cut into cubes. Boil gooseberries with the peaches and the jelling sugar. Bubble for approx. 3 min. Stir in Angostura.
