Instructions:

Roast the peanuts without oil. In a hand mixer form and grind with a little bit of oil until a smooth amount. Remove and squeeze or skim off excess oil.

Heat a little oil and fry the onion until translucent. Add to peanut mixture form, season with cayenne pepper and salt, mix well. Form balls from the mixture.

Heat plenty of oil and deep-fry the balls for 3 minutes. Remove and drain briefly on paper towels. Bring to the table hot.
