Instructions:

For the peanut soup, cook the rice in 225 ml of vegetable soup. Chop onion and tomato and saute in hot oil.

Sprinkle in flour and pour in 500 ml of soup. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Finely chop peanuts and mix with milk.

Add and continue to simmer for 20 minutes. Add rice to peanut soup and season with salt and parsley.
