For the peanut thaler, mix flour, powdered sugar, ground peanuts (saltless, it is best to freshly grind peanuts yourself) and salt, add butter flakes and quickly knead into a smooth dough.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 200 degrees top-bottom heat. Roll out on a large board of cling film, dust with a little flour, place dough on top, cover with cling film and roll out dough about 2 mm thin.
Cut out taler. Cut a hole in the center for half of the dough, using different small cookie cutters. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Whisk the egg yolk with the whipped cream and spread on the doughnuts with the hole.
Bake for approx. 8 minutes and let cool. Warm the strawberry jam a little and spread it on the doughnuts without the hole. Place the rest of the desserts on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Fill the openings with strawberry jam.
