Instructions:

For the topping, peel pears, cut in half, remove core. Place on cut surface, cut diagonally into fine slices. Place pears in a star shape on the dough base. Pre-bake on the lowest rack of the oven heated to 230 degrees for 8 minutes. Mix all ingredients for the glaze. Pour between the pears. Bake in the oven heated to 230 degrees for another 15-20 minutes. Apricot the still hot cake with the jam and serve it warm or cooled down.
