Instructions:

For the pear cake, crumble flour with fat, knead with crumbled yeast, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and rum to a smooth dough.

Cut the pears in half lengthwise, remove the core and cut the pear halves into fine pieces. Mix with crumbs, sugar and spices.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the pear filling lengthwise in the middle, fold the dough in on the left and right sides, press it down and fold in the two ends (so that the filling does not run out).

Bake on a greased baking tray until light brown.
