Instructions:

Rinse pears, remove skin, cut into eighths. Cut out the core. Put them into boiling water. Also the sugar. Cook for 8 minutes until firm to bite. Drain and cool. In the meantime, remove the peel from the celery bulb, rinse and cut into thin strips. Do the same with the ham. Mix with the chopped walnut kernels.

Make the sauce like this:

Mix mayo with mustard, whipping cream, juice of one lemon, salt and paprika. Season to taste. Pour over salad ingredients form, mix and toss well. Divide evenly into glasses or on plates. Serve. Preparation: 15 min Preparation: 5 min
