For the Pear Turkey Cutlets for Hurry, preheat the oven to 200 °C and butter a baking dish.

Peel the pears, cut them into quarters, remove the core and cut them into slices.

Place the pear wedges in the baking dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon pepper.

Meanwhile, wash the turkey escalopes, pat dry and sprinkle with the remaining pepper.

Place the cutlets on the pears and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
