Instructions:

Whisk the peas in a Reindl with flour and butter. Whisk everything with a wooden spatula until well combined.

Rinse the lettuce and pull the leaves apart and add to the Reindl form with the finely chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper and add water. Let it all boil and add a little more water. Cook for about 12 to 18 minutes. The peas are done when the shells come off and you have to pierce them with a fork.
