Dice and fry bacon, add sliced potatoes and onions. Season with spices. Put half of the potatoes into a greased gratin dish. Drizzle with sour cream and cover with slices of sausage (*). Place the remaining potatoes on top. Mix eggs and whipped cream and pour over the top. Bake at 200 °C for about half an hour.
* Spicy meat sausage is also delicious.
