Instructions:

For the peasant pizza, first prepare the dough.

For the dough, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with the dough hook until a smooth ball is formed.

Cover the baking tray with baking paper and roll out the dough on it with a little flour (so that it does not stick) in a circle about 2 cm thin.

For the topping, mix yogurt, whipped cream and sugar cheese and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.

Spread the mixture on the dough. Peel potato, cut into thin sheets and spread evenly on the dough.

Peel onion and cut into small cubes. Spread over the potatoes. Likewise, spread the bacon cubes and grated mozzarella over the potatoes.

Bake the farmer’s pizza in the preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees hot air, middle rack, for approx. 15-20 minutes until cheese and dough edges are light brown.
