Instructions:

For the Piccata Milanese, heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, thyme and soup and cook a little. Season the sauce with sugar, salt and pepper.

Pound cutlets thinly, season on both sides with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with a fork, mix with parmesan. Turn the cutlets in flour on the other side, then pull them through the egg-parmesan mixture. Fry immediately in hot fat for 2 to 3 minutes.

While doing so, swirl the frying pan gently and repeatedly with short movements so that the cutlets do not stick. The hot fat should spill over the meat. Drain the baked cutlets on kitchen roll.

Arrange the spaghetti with the tomato sauce on hot plates and place the Piccata Milanese on top.
