Instructions:

Pichelsteiner is a traditional stew from the Bavarian Forest.

Cut the beef into cubes. Clean and chop the vegetables. Grease a saucepan with butter, layer the meat and vegetables alternately, seasoning each layer.

Heat and pour the beef broth, close the saucepan and cook on medium heat for about 90 minutes, without stirring. Add a little more clear soup if necessary.

Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
