Instructions:

Garlic divide into cloves, peel, 3 min in boiling salted water form, drain.

Pluck basil, parsley and rosemary. Rinse pepper, remove seeds, cut into thin strips. Chop peppercorns.

Form garlic cloves and goat cheese in well-sealed jar, evenly distribute pepper, kitchen herbs, pepper pod and bay spice in between.

Mix the juice of one lemon with olive oil, pour over the top and leave in a cool place for ten days.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
