For the pickled garlic peel the garlic, chop the peppers, boil the vinegar with salt, sugar and the aromatic herbs, add the garlic cloves and peppers and boil for 10 minutes.

Pour garlic with spices and cooking broth into jars and protect from air with olive oil.

Close the jars tightly and store in a cool place.
