Peel the garlic clove and set aside. Put all ingredients without garlic in a saucepan and bring the clear soup to a boil. The garlic cloves in the broth form and 2-5 min lightly wallen, depending on the size of the garlic cloves. Pour into tightly sealed jars and evenly distribute the clear soup.
