Instructions:

For the pineapple casserole, pour the milk over the white bread. Sprinkle with the sugar and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Peel the pineapple, remove the inner hard core and cut the fruit into smaller pieces. (Drain the canned fruit well).

Add the pineapple pieces to the soaked bread with the coconut flakes and eggs.Mix very well.

Grease a baking dish, pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 45 minutes.
