For the pineapple-radish drink, coarsely chop the pineapple flesh, finely puree in 100 ml mineral water with a blender and refrigerate.

Peel the radish and chop coarsely. Add remaining mineral water, finely puree radish and strain in a fine sieve.

Mix the pineapple juice with the radish puree, pour into glasses, drizzle with soy sauce and serve the pineapple-radish drink ice cold.
