Pizza Christmas Trees

For the pizza Christmas trees, prepare the pizza dough according to the basic recipe. Knead well once and roll out round on a floured work surface.

For the tomato sauce, puree the garlic clove with the canned tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Spread the sauce on the pizza dough and cover with the spinach. Season again. Cut the round pizza into the typical pizza corners and stick a piece of salt stick in the middle of each edge piece.

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 °C.

Wash and seed the red and yellow peppers. Cut red bell pepper into very small cubes. Use a small star cutter to cut out stars from the yellow bell bell pepper. Crumble the feta.

Using feta and parika cubes, place Christmas tree ornaments, or garlands, on the pizza corner. Place a star at the top and decorate with more stars if desired.

Serve the pizza Christmas trees warm or cold.
