For the pizza spread, cut the mozzarella, prosciutto and spices into small pieces.
Briefly scald the cherry tomatoes hot and peel off the skin and also cut into small pieces. Alternatively, you can use canned tomato pieces.
Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the pizza spread on slices of toast or baguette, put the olives on top and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes.
