Instructions:

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tbsp oregano

3 tbsp oil

turn up the heat at the beginning, because only in this way the dough really succeeds. Mix the flour with the yeast. Fold in the remaining dough ingredients and knead thoroughly. Leave the dough ball to rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1-2 hours.

For the base, crush the juniper berries in a mortar, mix the pulp with the remaining ingredients. Cut tofu into fine slices, cut in half to make square slices. Chop the onion, slice the tomatoes and chop the peas.

Lightly grease a baking sheet, knead the dough repeatedly and spread it on the baking sheet up to the edge. Let rise in a slightly warmed oven for about 15 min more.

Form the marrow base on the dough, then evenly distribute the onion, tomatoes, tofu, shees and oil in order. Bake at 180 °C for about 20-25 min.
