Season plaice fillets with salt and pepper and rub with juice of one lemon. Put the mustard seeds in water for 5 minutes, then drain. For the sauce, melt butter in a frying pan, add sugar, mustard seeds and mustard. Add juice of one lemon and chicken stock, make short. Fill up sauce with cream.
