Instructions:

Remove seeds from washed plums, boil with water, juice of one lemon, apple juice, 1 spiral of lemon peel, cinnamon and cloves on 3 or automatic heat 12, then turn off the heat and cook the plums until they slightly crumble. Sweeten with sugar, bind with cornflour mixed with water, i.e. let it boil again. Then fill into a glass bowl and leave to cool. Serve with liquid whipped cream.
