Ice:
Stir egg yolks , sugar and milk, beat on stove top until mixture binds and cool.
Mix pureed plums, juice of one lemon, stiff whipped cream and snow into the mixture and freeze.
Cinnamon sauce:
Mix plum juice with cinnamon, powdered sugar and semi-stiff whipped cream. Spread the sauce evenly on dessert plates, cut ice cream dumplings and arrange on top.
Garnish with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
