For the plum liqueur, quarter the plums and place in a large container. It is best to use a glass as it is the most neutral in taste.

Mix with the citric acid, pour boiling! Water (700 ml) and leave overnight.

After 24 hours, boil the remaining water with the sugar, cool slightly.

In the meantime, strain the drained plum juice through a cloth, mix with the vodka and sugar water.

Stir the plum liqueur again for about 15 minutes and fill into sterile bottles.
