Instructions:

For the plum liqueur, pierce the plums several times with a needle. Put them in a large container and add the sugar, mix properly.

Leave to infuse for three days in a cool, dark place, then add the gin and leave to infuse for 3 months.

Then filter, fill into sterile bottles and let the plum liqueur stand for min. 2 more weeks.
