Instructions:

For the Zwetschkenfleck with crumble first make yeast dough (see recipe: yeast dough easy and fast).

For the crumble, mix soft butter, granulated sugar, flour and cinnamon well and chill. Now roll out the finished yeast dough on a baking sheet, cover very densely with quartered plums and press down a little, let rise again for about 20 minutes.

Before baking, spread the crumble on top and bake the plum spot with crumble at approx. 175 °C for about 35 minutes.
