Instructions:

For the plum stain, make a yeast dough from the ingredients for the dough: Sift flour into a bowl, mix with salt and make a well in the center.

Crumble the fresh yeast into it, sprinkle with a little sugar, mix with a little lukewarm milk and flour from the side and let the dampfl rise.

Now add the remaining ingredients, knead well and let rise again until the dough almost doubles in size. In the meantime, wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the seeds.

Roll out the yeast dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with the plums (press down a little). Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and cane sugar and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the crumble: Mix flour, ground almonds, cane sugar, cinnamon and melted butter and crumble nicely.

Spread over the plums and bake again for about 10 minutes at the same heat. Let cool briefly or enjoy warm.
