For the plum yogurt, toast hemp seeds briefly in a non-stick pan until fragrant. Wash and pit the plums. Cut one into wedges, mix the others with the yogurt, with the powidl, the coconut blossom syrup and the kefir in a blender.

Pour into a bowl, top with plum wedges and sprinkle with toasted hemp seeds.
