Knead the flour, egg, water and salt into a smooth pasta dough, roll it out thinly (approx. 45 x 30 cm), cut out 6 squares and brush with melted butter, first fold the dough in on two sides up to the middle, then do the same with the other two sides. Gather the opposite corners to form a bag and pin it with a toothpick.Cook the so-called dumplings in boiling salted water for about 25 minutes.
