Instructions:

Make a dough from the above ingredients and rise. Grease the poffertjes frying pan with butter and fill halfway with batter. Turn the poffertjes to the other side once they are brown on the bottom and dry on the top. Bake the other side until brown.

Serve 12 or 24 pieces per unit, place a piece of butter on top and sprinkle the poffertjes thickly with powdered sugar.
