Try this delicious cake recipe:
Mix egg yolks, flour, coffee cream, sugar and raisins to a stiff dough.
Whip the egg whites to egg whites and fold into the batter with the baking powder. Bake in a poffertjes frying pan (*).
Spread with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Add a little compote if desired.
