For the poffertjes, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a pinch of salt until foamy, stir in flour and baking powder, add milk. Let the dough swell a little (half an hour) and pour it into the hot pan. Bake both sides until light brown. Turn in between!

Pour the melted butter on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
