Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil along with the galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves and chilies.

Add crab tails, squid strips, fish pieces, clams, mussels, sea crabs and oyster mushrooms and do it all together for 30 seconds. Turn down the heat, add fish sauce and lime juice and stir everything gently.

This dish can be varied by using other or additional frutti di mare.
