Take not too small compote bowls or sundaes, put in a scoop of vanilla ice cream and cover it with one or two halves of preserved pears. Pour a thick, very hot chocolate sauce over it and serve on the spot. – To prepare the chocolate sauce, take 100 grams of fine bitter chocolate and melt it with a little bit of water in a saucepan placed in a larger saucepan with boiling hot water. Do not grate or grate it at all. Add as much whipped cream or milk to the chocolate paste until you get a thick sauce.
