For Poke Bowl with salmon, avocado and spring onion, first pat the salmon fillet dry. Cut into thick cubes (approx. 1 x 1 cm) and refrigerate until further processing.

For the marinade, mix all ingredients thoroughly, mix with the salmon cubes and let marinate for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Soak seaweed according to package directions and allow to swell.

Place rice in bowls, top each with salmon, avocado cubes, seaweed and a tablespoon of gari. Sprinkle the spring onion rings on top, drizzle with some of the remaining marinade, garnish with sesame seeds and serve Poke Bowl with salmon, avocado and spring onion.
