For the pollock curry with rhubarb, wash and dry the fish fillet and cut into cubes. Sauté the diced onion in oil, stir in the pressed garlic and curry.

Mix in fish and rhubarb cubes and sweat briefly, add soup powder, water and creme fraiche, simmer gently for about 10 minutes.

Season to taste with salt if necessary.
