Wash pollock, pat dry and sprinkle with lemon.

Mix cream cheese with egg and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.

Salt and pepper the pollock fillets, place them in a baking dish and spread with the cream cheese mixture.

Cook in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes until the crust is nicely browned.
