Instructions:

For the poppy seed pretzels, make a dough from all the ingredients for roll dough with the dough hook of the food processor. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise, covered, in a warm place for 50 minutes.

Knead the dough again, form a long roll and cut it into 16 pieces. Form a roll from each piece again, now roll it very long and thin and shape it into a pretzel.

Place the pretzels on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 20 minutes. Now brush the pretzels with milk and sprinkle with the poppy seeds. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
