Cut the pork into very thin slices, the celery into strips, onions and leeks into rings. Finely chop the ginger, chop the parsley. In a large frying pan (or wok) heat the vegetable fat, roast the meat at a very high temperature – 2-3 portions, turning throughout, remove and keep warm. In the frying fat, briefly fry the celery, onions and luach and add the meat repeatedly, fold in the crushed garlic clove, ginger, water and then the stirred maizena (cornstarch). Simmer everything for another 4-5 min on low heat. Finally, heat the peas in it, season with iodized salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
