Instructions:

For pork chop Papagena, salt and pepper the chops. Sear in hot oil on both sides for about 5 minutes, then place on a baking sheet.

Top with ham and sliced tomatoes, cover with cheese, sprinkle with oregano and paprika and roast in the oven for about 5 more minutes until the cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven and serve the pork chop Papagena immediately.
