For the crust:










Instructions:

Wash the chops, pat dry and make two incisions at the edges. Sear on both sides in a hot pan with a little olive oil.

Then season with salt and pepper, layer in a baking dish and cover. Place the dish in the preheated oven at 160 °C and roast for 20-25 minutes.

For the crust, crumble the white bread, cream the butter, finely chop the herbs and mix all the ingredients together. Spread the mixture evenly over the chops and press down.

Switch the oven to 200 °C top heat. Put the chops back into the oven. Bake until the crust has taken color and is crispy.

Arrange the pork chops with herb crust on plates and serve.
